Heather’s Baby Shower

For Heather’s baby shower, we based the theme and colors around the invitations that she selected for her shower. She set the tone and then we ran with the ideas to really tie all the details together. It was truly a lovely day surrounded by her closest family and friends. And I will not forget the expression on Heather’s face when she walked in to the space for the first time to see all of our details come to life.  She was elated!

When guests arrive at the tea house they were first greeted with water, some nibbles and were asked to write Words of Advice to our Mommy to be. HeathersBabyShower-002

Our dear friend and colleague, Katrina from Calligraphy Katrina made these adorable drink tags on Kraft paper and other stationary pieces that you’ll see below.

Instead of a traditional escort card table, we had Katrina create a seating chart so guests could see which table they are seated at. Each table represented a Letter instead of a number.

Handmade Kraft paper pinwheels were our table letters for her tablescapes. HeathersBabyShower-051

For our table runners, we used classic, Kraft paper and Katrina calligraphed nursery rhymes on to them at each table. HeathersBabyShower-067
